      Freshly broiled chicken breast
      with sliced granny smith apples,

      chutney.


Hammon Pinney�s Ham and Cheese
      Savory slices of baked virginia ham,
      melted cooper cheese, boursin spread
      and tomato served on a croissant.
      Named in honor of Hammon Pinney,
      a local stationmaster on the
      Underground Railroad.


Veggie Croissant
      Fresh spinach, tomato, cheddar cheese,
      sprouts, red onion and mushrooms with
      our own vegetable cream cheese spread
      and garlic dressing.


McMaster�s Melt
      Juicy, hand-carved roast beef with
      meltedMonterey Jack cheese, lettuce,
      tomatoes,sprouts, bacon, red onions
      and ranch dressing on pumpernickel
      toast. Hearty enough for James
      McMaster, Owego�s first Colonial
      settler and its first official sheriff

      roll. Named for nearby Hiawatha Island.

      chuck mixed with spicy seasonings
      and broiled the way you like,
      topped with monterey jack cheese
      and salsa.

      Homemade salmon pattie on a roll
      with a tarragon caper tartar sauce.

Bob�s Best Baby Back Ribs
      Dry rubbed and simmered to
      perfection in our own homemade
      sauce until it�s just about ready
      to fall off the bone.

      Juicy, tender chicken with peas,
      carrots, and seasoned gravy baked
      and topped with a flaky pie crust.
      �Captain John,� a local tribal
      chief who loved to share meals
      with the settlers, would have
      savored this dish.

Pasta with Chicken and Feta Cheese
      Grilled fresh chicken with spinach,
      sundried tomatoes and feta cheese,
      dressed with olive oil and garlic
      over penne pasta

SPINACH
      Topped with bacon, hard-boiled eggs,
