The Cellar opened in 1982 in a former shop on the lower level of a historic Riverow building. The original owner had installed seats and just enough equipment to heat the dishes she had prepared at home. Today, Bob and Sandy Layman have made The Cellar synonymous with delightfully innovative cuisine. The Cellar has moved up in more ways than one!
