Our wine dinners are held four times a year, welcoming the arrival of each new season. Each course of these delectable gourmet dinners is accompanied by delightful, complementing wine. $95 per couple; reservations are required.

"Treasures of the Islands"
Wine Dinner

Island treasures of guava and pineapple,
coconut palm from Spain, passion fruit
from Brazil, papayas from Mexico, and
bananas and mangos from Southeast Asia
are culinary staples of the 2,600-mile
chain of Caribbean islands. The food and
wine selections from our Spring 2007 wine
dinner celebrated the heritage and ethnic
culinary contributions of West African slaves,
plantation workers from East India and China,
and colonists from the Netherlands, France and England.
